  • Ok, well organic food and certain fresh fish might be more expensive than the alternatives you mentioned, but oatmeal is still cheaper than fruity pebbles, carrots still cost less than potato chips etc.

  • It's a great magazine cover because it's bizarre and gets attention. That's what a magazine cover photo should do. It also makes people curious about what the magazine might be about. For those reasons - great cover. I do think mammals should breastfeed.

  • That isn't correct about WIC and food stamps. WIC will ONLY buy nutritious foods in specific amounts and food stamps are usually more than adequate funds to buy groceries.

  • Women are prostitutes to make fast easy money. I highly doubt there are whores anywhere working for minimum wage unless they are some type of slave (which I find highly disturbing, but I know it does exist)

  • That's what I was thinking if she were an escort here in America, that is only an hour and a half. In Colombia the girl stayed all night for $800. It sounds reasonable to me. The prices for foreign tourist aren't way lower because they are in a third world country.

  • Well she probably should've gotten the money up front. But, it IS reasonable to expect that the Secret Service agents would have both more class and more good sense than to try to rip off a colombian whore. IMO thay are lucky to have escaped with all their body parts intact.

  • I think Laura has a point at that rate it could be that they techs don't really know. Maybe they assume 18 is the cutoff age as it is for lots of medications that are over the counter but regulated (like cold medicine for example) .
